PURPOSE: An organic waste fracturing and drying apparatus is provided to reuse organic waste in fluel or compost, and to recycle the non-condensed steam by circulating it. CONSTITUTION: An organic waste fracturing and drying apparatus comprises: a fracturing and drying apparatus (10)； a dust filter apparatus (20)； a circulator (40)； and a condensed water deodorization filtering apparatus (60). The circulator re-circulates the non-condensed steam generated by the condenser to the fracturing and drying apparatus. The condensed water deodorization filtering apparatus deodorizes, filters and discharges the condensed water generated by the dust filter apparatus and condenser, and circulates a part of the condensed water to the condenser. A deodorization catalyst apparatus (70) is additionally comprised to discharge a part of the non-condensed water to the outside after deodorizing it with catalyst, so that the non-condensed water re-circulated to the fracturing and drying apparatus can be utilized outside. A room temperature catalyst is used as the deodorization catalyst apparatus.
