A method for assessing the deviation of the biological reproductive age from the age according to birth certificate in women provides for taking into account a set of the age-related ranges of homeostasis parameters related to ovarian reserve such as levels of anti-Mullerian hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone, inhibin B, luteinizing hormone, estradiol, insulin-like growth factor-1, protein binding insulin-like growth factor-3. The average deviations of the parameters stated above are calculated according to formula (1).
