PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetable peeling machine having a nozzle rotating in right and left directions to easily peel an outer skin of vegetables, especially welsh onion independent of size of the welsh onion.SOLUTION: There is provided a vegetable peeling machine having upper and lower compressed air ejection members 32 positioned between a transfer belt of a chain belt conveyor and a sponge belt of a pressing belt conveyor and ejecting compressed air with a constant pressure toward a stem of welsh onion transferred in a definite direction. The upper and lower compressed air ejection members 32 contain upper and lower ejection member bodies 38 attached to an upper part of the chain belt conveyor and the inside of the chain belt conveyor, upper and lower windscreen guide plates attached stepwise at an inner side of the upper and lower ejection member bodies 38, and upper and lower air nozzle actuating members attached at an inner side of the upper and lower ejection member bodies in a manner that the tip parts of the upper and lower air nozzles are continuously moved into right and left sides at a definite angle.【課題】野菜、特に、長ねぎの大きさにかかわらず、長ねぎの外皮を容易に脱皮させるノズルを左右に回転させる、野菜用脱皮機を提供する。【解決手段】チェーンベルトコンベヤの移送ベルトと押圧ベルトコンベヤのスポンジベルトとの間に位置し、一定方向に移送する長ねぎの茎に向けて一定量の空気圧で圧縮空気を排出させる上下部圧縮空気噴射部材３２が設けられた野菜用脱皮機において、前記上下部圧縮空気噴射部材３２は、前記チェーンベルトコンベヤの上部と前記チェーンベルトコンベヤの内部に装着される上下部噴射部材本体３８と、前記上下部噴射部材本体３８の内側に階段形状に形成されて装着される上下部風除けガイド板と、前記上下部噴射部材本体の内側に装着され、上下部エアノズルの先端部が一定角度左右に連続して動くように装着される上下部エアノズル作動部材とを含むことを特徴とする。【選択図】図４
