#$%^&*AU2018236854A120181018.pdf#####ABSTRACT An apparatus for providing spinal correction is disclosed comprising an implant body configured and dimensioned for placement in an intervertebral space between a first vertebral body and a second vertebral body. The implant body has a first surface arranged to contact the first vertebral body and an interior cavity formed therein. The apparatus also includes a first extendable member and a second extendable member, each of which is connected to the implant body and independently extendable to translate a second surface into contact with the second vertebral body. A bone graft material supply port on the implant body communicates with the interior cavity for supplying bone graft material to the interior cavity. A connector is also disposed on the implant body for detachably coupling to an insertion tool, and the bone graft material supply port and the connector are both disposed on a proximal portion of the implant body.
