Implant is intended for installation between two adjacent bodies of vertebral column vertebras and contains main part, consisting of, at least, two longitudinal elements with C-shaped section, connected with back sides, and, respectively, determining: rigid axis, formed by area of said elements connection, which is placed parallel to vertebral column axis, and which serves for transmission of loads between two adjacent bodies of vertebras and, at least, two longitudinal slots, intended for placement in them of transplantation material and directed outwards relative to said rigid axis.
