PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correction tool in a joint capsule in which a patient can easily correct a sacrum in a correct position by pressing a proper range by a proper pressing force.SOLUTION: A correction tool in a joint capsule 100 includes: a first corset 10 for surrounding a circumference of a sacrum and ileum a second corset 20 a third corset 30 and bags 50 provided in the first corset, and storing pressure bodies P for pressing a sacroiliac joint and formed by an elastically deformed hollow spherical object. The bags 50 have elasticity and formed by a member for holding the pressure bodies, and a pair of them is formed so as to store the pressure bodies P side by side. When the pressure bodies P stored in the bags 50 press the sacroiliac joint, the pressure bodies P are supported in recesses made by the sacrum and a posterior superior iliac spine. Also, the curved surfaces of the pressure bodies P make a gap between a median sacral crest and the bodies, and thereby it is hard to be accompanied with pain by pressing the median sacral crest in the therapy.
