PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine dispensing device which suitably supports a valid term management of a medicine in work of implementing the medicine to a medicine cassette typified by a case in which a medicine once filled in a vial is returned to the medicine cassette (medicine storage container).SOLUTION: Valid term specifying information to be used for specifying a valid term of a medicine is read from a vial (providing container) (S202), the medicine being filled into the vial by means of a medicine dispensing means which dispenses medicine by filling the medicine of a kind and quantity according to a prescription content from a medicine cassette (medicine container) into the vial.
