PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knee joint supporter that facilitates wearing and prevents a tightening band from being slipped off by walking or flexible movement.SOLUTION: A knee joint supporter is configured by: continuously arranging a tightening band 2 wound above and below a knee in a bifurcated shape on both sides of a rear side band body 1 overlapping the tip sides of the tightening bands 2, 2 facing each other in the above and below the knee, respectively and locking and attaching the tip inner surface of the tightening band 2 stacked outward with the base end side outer surface of the tightening band 2 by using a loop fastener 3.
