PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knee orthotic and knee orthotic pad, which can prevent the deterioration of a proprioception function and can treat pain.SOLUTION: There is provided the knee orthotic 11 including: a body part 12 attached to a body a projection part 13 arranged on a body side X of the body part 12, which projects to the body side X and a recess/projection part 14 arranged on the body side X of the projection part 13, which stimulates a feeling receptor of body skin. The recess/projection part 14 rubs a skin surface and efficiently and continuously imparts frictional stimulation to the feeling receptor existing in the skin surface and skin grooves by being pressed by the projection part 13.
