PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic system constituted by a front end (FE) device and a back end (BE) device in which safety is improved.SOLUTION: A holder 34 structuring a plug inlet is provided on an FE device 12. A BE device is inserted in the holder 34. An object detection device is provided in the holder 34. When an object enters a detection view 130, the object is detected 134 and a high voltage suspension control (freeze control) 136 is executed on the basis of the detection. Even when the object intends to enter the holder 34 having a docking structure, generation of a high voltage for transmission is stopped at a stage immediately before the entry. Therefore, even if the high voltage goes out to a connector due to a short circuit or the like, the high voltage is interrupted before the object enters it.
