The object of the invention is to provide an LED fish gathering lamp which does not reduce fish catch and can also achieve power conservation when an operation method similar to an existing fishing method is used for fishes such as squids, sauries or the like. The fish gathering lamp is an LED fish gathering lamp which is installed on a fishing boat and uses light emitted from the boat to attract fishes.
