PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excrement treating material having superior absorbance for urine, readily self-disintegrating and enabling clear grasping of the replenishment times, and to provide a toilet for pets and a sheet for pets that use the excrement treating material.SOLUTION: The excrement treating material 4 for the pet comprises a pulverized material of a vegetable-derived material and polyethylene glycol and self-disintegrates by absorbing water. As a polyethylene glycol, one having 30-70°C freezing point thereof, is preferably used.
