The present invention relates to a blood vessel support frame and an operation method thereof The blood vessel support frame is structurally composed of a ring and at least one fixing portion. The ring is a C-shaped configuration having a side opening and having a diameter that is determined according to the size of a blood vessel. The fixing portion is coupled to the ring in such a manner as to be located, with the ring serving as a reference plane, at the side opposite to a blood vessel opening and spaced from the ring by a predetermined distance and extending in a direction perpendicular to the bore of the ring. A fixing element is mounted to an end of the fixing portion. With such a structure, in carrying out an operation of jointing blood vessels, an operator first uses two blood vessel support frames of different diameters in such a way that the small-diameter support frame is used to hold the outside wall of each blood vessel and the large-diameter support frame is then used to overturn the inside surface of the blood vessel and then removed. Afterwards, the fixing elements of two blood vessel support frames of the two blood vessels are connected to each other to have the openings of the two blood vessels engaging each other and then jointing of the two blood vessel may be performed.
