A method for preparing a self-foaming porous composite bone repair scaffold, a calcium phosphate salt-polyurethane composite material, and use thereof in the preparation of a porous scaffold material. Said method comprises: in the process of synthesizing a calcium phosphate salt-polyurethane composite material, uniformly compounding into a material an aqueous foaming agent in the form of crystal water of a calcium phosphate salt, the crystal water reacting, under certain conditions, with an isocyanate in the polyurethane system to generate a CO2 gas, thereby achieving self-foaming molding, and preparing a porous calcium phosphate salt-polyurethane composite bone repair scaffold.
