The present invention relates to a self-hardening porous bone graft capable of injecting calcium phosphate and a method for applying an additive for generating macropores , the self-hardening porous bone graft which contains bead type β-tricalcium phosphate as a main ingredient and in which macropores and micropores, as available places for tissue growth and new bone delivery into the bone graft after the bone graft is treated and the same is hardened, are placed so that the porosity is more than 50% and the method for applying an additive for generating the macropores. The calcium phosphate-injectable bone graft powder of the prevent invention for accomplishing the goal comprises β-tricalcium phosphate, monocalcium phosphate monohydrate, and Sodium pyrophosphate dibasic. The calcium phosphate-injectable bone graft of the prevent invention, composed of the same, which is a calcium phosphate based ceramic bone graft containing the bead a certain ratio and has high injectivity and biodegradability after transplant. Also, since a method for manufacturing an injection solution using the bone graft and the bone graft mixed with a kit for manufacturing the same has a high fluidity right after injection, the bone graft can be easily transferred into the injection instrument like a syringe and can be effectively injected into any site of a body within 5 minutes of mixing. And also, since the bone graft has macropores of 50 um in diameter as a bone graft comprising dicalcium phosphate dihydrate or calcium phosphate, dibasic and β-tricalcium phosphate after hardening, the macropores which are available places for tissue growth and new bone delivery are effectively provided.본 발명은 자기경화형 골이식재의 주성분으로 일정한 비율의 비드(bead) 타입의 베타형-제3인산칼슘을 포함하여, 이를 시술하여 경화 후 골이식재 내부로의 조직 성장과 신생 뼈의 전달을 위한 유효공간으로 내부에 거대기공과 미세기공이 함유되어 있어 기공율이 50% 이상으로 되는 인산칼슘계 주입성의 자기경화형 골이식재 및 거대기공을 생성시키기 위한 첨가제 적용방법에 대한 것으로, 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 인산칼슘계 주입성 골이식재 분말은 베타형-제3인산칼슘, 인산제1칼슘 및 산성피로인산나트륨으로 구성됨을 특징으로
