PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an instruction on a target engine speed of a working machine and to easily recognize a drop amount between the target engine speed and an actual engine speed.SOLUTION: A portable terminal includes an instruction display part 25 for giving an instruction on the operation of a working machine 2 and displaying information on the working machine 2. The instruction display part 25 displays an engine rotation display part 49 for displaying an actual engine speed of the working machine, and an engine rotation operating tool 30C for giving an instruction on a target engine speed in an overlapping manner. The engine rotation display part 49 includes an engine rotation graduation part 50 for indicating the engine speed, and an engine rotation index part 51 that moves over the engine rotation graduation part 50 according to the actual engine speed, and indicates the actual engine speed.
