PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide agents effective in the prevention of diseases, which are caused by the increase of cytokines or enzymes, by suppressing the produce of cytokines and enzymes increasing by damage associated molecular patterns (DAMPs)； and to provide agents and sunscreen cosmetics effective in inflammation, rheumatoid arthritis, asthma and erythema, by sunscreen cosmetic formulations which can utilize the agents effectively.SOLUTION: We clarified the presence of cytokines and enzymes which are increased by denatured U1RNA which is one kind of DAMPs, by a novel screening method, and conducted intensive studies and found out the effect of Rosa roxburghii. fruit extract in suppressing cytokines and enzymes which increase by DAMPs. Furthermore, we also studied the combination of Rosa roxburghii. fruit extract and an ultraviolet absorber, and found out an effective combination.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】ダメージ関連分子パターン（ＤＡＭＰｓ）によって上昇するサイトカインや酵素の産生を抑制し、サイトカインや各種酵素の増加によって引き起こされる疾患の予防に有効な薬剤、及び前記薬剤を有効に利用できる日焼け止め化粧料の処方による、炎症、関節リウマチ、喘息、紅斑に有効な薬剤、及び日焼け止め用化粧料の提供。【解決手段】新規のスクリーニング方法によってＤＡＭＰｓの１種である変性Ｕ１ＲＮＡによって増えるサイトカインや酵素の存在を明らかにし、鋭意検討の結果イザイヨイバラ果実抽出物に、ＤＡＭＰｓによって増加するサイトカインや酵素を抑制する効果を見出した。さらに、イザヨイバラ果実抽出物と紫外線吸収剤の組み合わせについても検討し、有効な組み合わせについても見出した。【選択図】なし
