PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate how much a relaxation state of the skin is improved when beauty treatment is applied to the skin by means of a massage or skincare.SOLUTION: The effect of the beauty treatment using a massage or skincare is evaluated with a rate of change in skin bloodstream when the skin surface is cooled down or heated as an index. As a device for performing the evaluation method, a laser rheometer 1 provided with an irradiation terminal 2 for irradiating the skin with laser beam and a light receiving terminal 3 for receiving the laser beam dispersed by the skin is used. The irradiation terminal 2 and the light receiving terminal 3 are fitted to one surface of a flow cell 10 which contacts the skin. In the laser rheometer 1, a liquid storage tank 11 of liquid at first temperature and a liquid storage tank 12 of liquid at second temperature link to the flow cell 10 via a flow path switch member 13 so that the liquid at the first temperature and the liquid at the second temperature are switched to the flow cell and circulate.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】マッサージや基礎化粧等によって肌に美容施術を施した場合に、肌の安静状態がどの程度改善されているかを評価できるようにする。【解決手段】皮膚表面を冷却又は加温した場合の皮膚血流量の変化率を指標として、マッサージ又は化粧料を用いる美容施術の効果を評価する。この評価方法を実施するための装置としては、皮膚にレーザー光を照射する照射端子2と、皮膚で散乱されたレーザー光を受光する受光端子3を備えたレーザー血流計1であって、照射端子2と受光端子3が、皮膚に接触させるフローセル10の一面に取り付けられており、フローセル10に第1温度の液体と第2温度の液体が切替えられて循環するように、第1温度の液体の貯液槽11と第2温度の液体の貯液槽12が流路切替部材13を介してフローセル10と連通しているレーザー血流計1を使用する。【選択図】図1
