PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure in which follow-up with comparison with a past image is enabled and an imaging region effective for diagnosis can be set.SOLUTION: A tomographic image acquisition part 101 acquires a first tomographic image of an examined eye imaged in the past. An eyeground imaging part 120 acquires an eyeground image of the examined eye. A first imaging region calculation part 104 calculates a first imaging region in a first tomographic image using the first tomographic image and the eyeground image. A second imaging region calculation part 108 calculates a second imaging region of a second tomographic image on the basis of the eyeground image and the first imaging region of the first tomographic image.
