PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmology imaging device capable of acquiring a high-accuracy OCT image even when an eye to be examined moves or blinks.SOLUTION: An ophthalmology imaging device includes a data collection part, an imaging part, a control part, and an abnormality detection part. The data collection part collects data by scanning an eye to be examined using optical coherence tomography. The imaging part images the eye to be examined and acquires a front image. The control part controls the data collection part so as to perform a series of scanning along a route group set beforehand. The abnormality detection part detects abnormality based on the series of data collected by the series of scanning, and two or more front images including one or more front images acquired by the imaging part in correspondence with the series of scanning.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3【課題】被検眼の移動や瞬きが発生した場合でも高確度のＯＣＴ画像を取得することが可能な眼科撮影装置を提供する。【解決手段】実施形態の眼科撮影装置は、データ収集部、撮影部、制御部、及び異常検知部を備える。データ収集部は、光コヒーレンストモグラフィを用いて被検眼をスキャンすることによりデータを収集する。撮影部は、被検眼を撮影して正面画像を取得する。制御部は、予め設定された経路群に沿って一連のスキャンを行うようにデータ収集部を制御する。異常検知部は、一連のスキャンにより収集された一連のデータと、一連のスキャンに対応して撮影部により取得された１以上の正面画像を含む２以上の正面画像とに基づいて、異常を検知する。【選択図】図３
