Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Infiltrationslösung zur Behandlung einer Zahnschmelzläsion, die enthält: (a) wenigstens 25 Gew.-% eines bei Raumtemperatur (23°C) flüchtigen Lösungsmittels oder Lösungsmittelgemisches, und (b) eine in dem Lösungsmittel oder Lösungsmittelgemisch gelöste röntgenopake Metallverbindung, die eine Röntgenopazität größer 200 % Aluminium bestimmt nach EN ISO 4049:2000 aufweist.
