The tube rack (2) is installed on the top of the sterilizer housing (3). An upper cover plate (9) is installed on the top of the tube rack (2). The liquid inlet tube (1) is installed on the top of the upper cover plate (9). The liquid outlet tube (6) is installed at a right side of the sterilizer housing (3). The inner box (13) is installed at the bottom of the tube rack (2). A plurality of drain openings (11) are provided. The plurality of drain openings (11) are installed symmetrically at left and right sides of the inner box (13). The rotary plate (12) is installed at the bottom of the inner box (13) and provided with the square slot (14) at the bottom thereof. The support rack (15) is fixed on the inner bottom surface of the sterilizer housing (3). The electric motor (16) is fixed on the inner bottom surface of the support rack (15). The connecting shaft (17) is installed on the top of the electric motor (16). The connecting block (18) is installed on the top of the connecting shaft (17).
