The present invention discloses a handpiece which is capable of minutely adjusting a coupling angle of a file fixing unit with respect to a motor unit. The disclosed handpiece comprises a motor unit and a file fixing unit which is coupled to the motor unit such that a file is detachable, and to which power of the motor unit is transmitted to rotate the file. The motor unit comprises a coupling shaft housing which encircles a motor shaft of an electric motor, and a rotation preventing pin which protrudes to the inner side from the coupling shaft housing. The file fixing unit comprises a power transmission shaft which is connected to the motor shaft, and a coupling shaft which is extended in a state that the coupling shaft encases the power transmission shaft, and which is inserted into an inner side of the coupling shaft housing when the file fixing unit is coupled to the motor unit.
