A medical syringe according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a syringe body unit having a syringe needle installed at the front end thereof, and having a body space formed therein a feeding pipe having a front end communicating with the syringe needle, and having a rear end disposed in the body space a bodily liquid removing unit having a bodily liquid storing space formed to store a bodily liquid, and inserted into the syringe body unit to make the rear end of feeding pipe disposed in the bodily liquid storing space and to make the bodily liquid storing space communicate with the body space and a treating agent feeding unit having a treating agent storing space for storing a treating agent, and inserted into the syringe body unit to make the feeding pipe communicate with the treating agent storing space. When the syringe needle is inserted into human body tissue, the bodily liquid removing unit is backwardly moved from the front end of the syringe body unit, and negative pressure generated in the body space is moved to the bodily liquid storing space. A bodily liquid is suctioned from human body tissue through the syringe needle and the feeding pipe to be stored in the bodily liquid storing space. After the bodily liquid removing unit is separated from the syringe body unit, the treating agent feeding unit is inserted into the syringe body unit to make the rear end of the feeding pipe communicate with the treating agent storing space, and the treating agent feeding unit is forwardly moved toward the front end of the syringe body unit.
