PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taste improvement bulk filler of a food product that is produced by using glucomannan and in which an object foodstuff can be improved without lowering taste while being performed by weighting and a bean paste and a dough of fried breads that are performed by the weighting and the taste improvement by the taste improvement bulk filler of a food product.SOLUTION: A taste improvement bulk filler of a food product is characterized in that 0.5-2 wt.% of glucomannan is performed by inclusion swell by water, processed to be pasty, and mixed with an object foodstuff by a 20-50 wt.% ratio, thereby taste improvement of the object foodstuff is performed while being performed by weighting.
