A germicidal lotion composition for treating or preventing diseases and wounds in humans or animals made by combining an aqueous phase comprising an aqueous solution or suspension containing a medicament, wherein the medicament is present in the solution or suspension in the range of about 0.015 to 80.0 wt.% and an oil phase comprising an oil solution or suspension and a surfactant, wherein the surfactant is present in the oil in the range of from about 30 to 90 wt.% wherein the aqueous phase is added to the oil phase in a weight ratio of about 3:1 to 99:1, and wherein the aqueous phase is added to the oil phase using low to medium shear mixing to provide the lotion.La présente invention concerne une composition de lotion germicide destinée au traitement ou à la prévention de maladies et de plaies chez les humains ou les animaux et préparée par combinaison dune phase aqueuse comprenant une solution aqueuse ou une suspension contenant un médicament, le médicament étant présent dans la solution ou la suspension dans la plage denviron 0,015 à 80,0 % en poids et une phase huileuse comprenant une solution ou une suspension huileuse et un surfactant, le surfactant étant présent dans lhuile dans la plage denviron 30 à 90 % en poids la phase aqueuse étant ajoutée à la phase huileuse en un rapport en poids denviron 3/1 à 99/1, et la phase aqueuse étant ajoutée à la phase huileuse en utilisant un mélange à cisaillement faible à modéré pour fournir la lotion.
