The present invention provides a new application of antibody for repelling interleukin-6 receptor, which may be effectively applied for reducing the possibility of interleukin-6 to stimulate the cancer cells and cause the development of cancer cells. The present invention may inhibit the activation of proteins within cancer cell involving the signal transmission path due to phosphorylation, and further block the signal transmission path of cancer cells to inhibit the development of cancer cells. The present invention may also greatly affect the invasive capability of cancer cells, so that it is very suitable for the treatment of cancer induced by excessive performance of interleukin-6 receptor.
