PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of storing an organ or a tissue for transplanting for a long term while maintaining a function of the organ or the tissue for transplanting, and a technique for recovering an organ derived from a cardiac arrest donner to a level conformable of transplanting by suppressing tissue damages associated with warm ischemia and reperfusion using the technique.SOLUTION: A long term maintenance method of an organ or a tissue for transplanting using perfusion with a perfusion liquid includes the steps of: (a) connecting a cannula for flowing a perfusion liquid to inlet the perfusion liquid into the organ or the tissue； (b) connecting a cannula for flowing a perfusion liquid to outlet the perfusion liquid from the organ or the tissue； and (c)perfusing a perfusion liquid containing an oxygen transporter and a blood coagulation inhibitor into the organ or the tissue.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】本発明は、移植のための臓器又は組織の機能を維持したまま、長期間保存することを可能とする技術を提供することを課題とする。また、この技術を利用して、温虚血と再灌流に伴う組織障害を抑制し、心停止ドナー由来の臓器を移植に適合する水準にまで回復させる技術を提供することをさらなる課題とする。【解決手段】灌流液による灌流を用いる、移植のための哺乳類の臓器又は組織の長期維持方法であって、次の各ステップ；（ａ）前記「臓器又は組織」に、前記灌流液を流入させるための灌流液流入用カニューレを接続するステップ、（ｂ）前記「臓器又は組織」から、前記灌流液を流出させるための灌流液流出用カニューレを接続するステップ、（ｃ）酸素運搬体及び血液凝固阻害剤を含む灌流液を、前記臓器又は組織内へ灌流するステップ、を含む、維持方法等を提供する。【選択図】なし
