The purpose of this invention is to provide a method for maintaining the normal functions of an organ or a tissue for transplantation, as well as for long-term storage. Another purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for inhibiting the tissue damage along with warm ischemia and re-perfusion with the above method, in order to recover an organ from a heart-stopped donor to the state suitable for transplantation.
