The present invention provides a seedling nursery tray for transplanting propagates or plants into field, the seedling nursery tray (10) includes: a) a main tray (20) with plurality of seedling cavities or planting cells (22) disposed therein to enable seedlings grow independently in separated media, wherein the main tray (20) facilitates substantial root disturbance free environment that enables seedlings roots grow deep and b) a sliding base (30) slidably introduced to the main tray (20), wherein the sliding base (30) facilitates to serve as a support and/or valve in holding and/or releasing seedlings from the main tray (20) to transplanter for planting into the field.La présente invention concerne un plateau de pépinière de multiplication pour transplanter des des plantes dans un champ, le plateau de pépinière de multiplication (10) comprend : a) un plateau principal (20) ayant une pluralité de cavités de semis ou cellules de plantation (22) disposées en son sein pour permettre à des semis de pousser indépendamment dans des milieux séparés, le plateau principal (20) facilitant un environnement sensiblement exempt de perturbation de racine qui permet à des racines de semis de pousser en profondeur et b) une base coulissante (30) introduite de façon coulissante dans le plateau principal (20), la base coulissante (30) aidant à servir de support et/ou de valve pour retenir et/ou relâcher des semis du plateau principal (20) à une repiqueuse en vue dune plantation dans le champ.
