PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a plurality of microencapsulated fexofenadine particles, by a simple process, having taste-masked immediate release properties.SOLUTION: A method for producing microcapsules includes: (a) a dissolution step of dissolving a water-insoluble polymer in an organic solvent； (b) a suspension step of suspending fexofenadine in the organic solvent as an active component； (c) a covering step of applying a coating of the water-insoluble polymer onto the fexofenadine by phase separation to thereby obtain a plurality of microcapsules, in each of which the fexofenadine is coated with the water-insoluble polymer； (d) a separation step of separating the obtained plurality of microcapsules from the organic solvent； and (e) a wetting step of wetting the separated plurality of microcapsules using a surfactant so that these plurality of microcapsules thereby have suspendability in water, thereby obtaining the plurality of particles.【課題】味覚遮蔽・即放性を有する複数個のマイクロカプセル化されたフェキソフェナジンの粒子を単純なプロセスで製造する方法の提供。【解決手段】（ａ）不水溶性重合体を有機溶媒中に溶解させる溶解工程と、（ｂ）フェキソフェナジンを有効成分として前記有機溶媒中に懸濁させる懸濁工程と、（ｃ）相分離により、前記不水溶性重合体のコーティングを前記フェキソフェナジンに被覆し、それにより、各々、前記フェキソフェナジンが前記不水溶性重合体で被覆されて成る複数個のマイクロカプセルを取得する被覆工程と、（ｄ）それら取得された複数個のマイクロカプセルを前記有機溶媒から分離する分離工程と、（ｅ）それら分離された複数個のマイクロカプセルを界面活性剤を用いて湿潤化し、それにより、それら複数個のマイクロカプセルが水中懸濁性を有するようにし、それにより、前記複数個の粒子を取得する湿潤化工程。【選択図】図１
