PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a pharmaceutical composition containing A type crystal of erlotinib hydrochloride, wherein the production of B crystal is inhibited.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method for producing an erlotinib hydrochloride-containing pharmaceutical composition. As erlotinib hydrochloride for granulation, used is A type crystal, and the granulation is made by wet system. The pharmaceutical composition can contain sodium starch glycolate, and/or croscarmellose sodium and sodium lauryl sulfate, and/or sucrose fatty acid ester. The wet granulation is preferably fluid layer granulation.
