PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image diagnostic device and a display device capable of improving operability in setting a condition.SOLUTION: A medical image diagnostic device includes a display control part, a reception part, and a determination part. The display control part causes a condition value by item and a display region for displaying a plurality of setting values set by item beforehand to be displayed. In succession to a designation operation for designating the item, the reception part receives a selection operation for selecting any one of the plurality of setting values by a first slide operation for the setting values in the display region, and receives an adjustment operation for adjusting the setting value selected by the selection operation by a second slide operation in succession to the first slide operation.
