The present invention relates to a sprinkler head adapter, and more specifically, to a sprinkler head adapter which fixes a sprinkler head to a supporter installed in the ground and connects the sprinkler head to a water supply pipe. The conventional sprinkler head adapter does not have a water switch unit, and thus there is no way to selectively turn off the water with respect to a sprinkler device installed in a wide space. Accordingly, there is no way to partially sprinkle water to a water sprinkle area, and thus the control of water sprinkling is impossible when the supply of water is different as necessary. In that case, a support of the sprinkler device needs to be pulled out, and again installed through the control of position, causing inconvenience. The objective of the present invention is to propose a sprinkler head adapter including a switch unit for switching the supply of water when the water supply pipe and the sprinkler head are connected to each other. A locking unit is provided on an inner flow passage connected from the water supply pipe to the sprinkler head, wherein the locking unit is capable of switching the opening or closing of the flow passage depending on the rotation thereof.
