PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil infectious disease control method with the growth acceleration of a crop plant, and a method of providing useful microorganisms, a soil pH correction substance or a plant disease resistant inducer referred to a soil infectious disease control method with the growth acceleration of a crop plant.SOLUTION: In a soil infectious disease control method, in the dissemination-seedling period of a crop plant, by the investment of useful microorganisms and a plant disease resistant inducer to a culture soil or crop plant and by the investment of a soil pH correction substance to a culture soil, after the field planting of the crop plant, the synergistic pathopoiesis suppression effect of the useful microorganisms, the soil pH correction substance and the plant disease resistant inducer or crop plant growth promotion effect produced therewith are derived. In a method of detecting the useful microorganisms, the soil pH correction substance or the plant disease resistant inducer, at the dissemination-planting period of the crop plant cultured so as to infect soil habitat plant pathogenic bacteria, the microorganisms, acidic or alkaline substance or material to be a candidate is sampled, and whether it is useful for a soil infectious disease control method with the growth acceleration of a crop plant is decided.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】作物生長促進を伴う土壌伝染性病害防除法、並びにその作物生長促進を伴う土壌伝染性病害防除法に関連した、有用微生物、土壌pH矯正物質、又は植物病害抵抗性誘導物質の検定方法を提供する。【解決手段】土壌伝染性病害防除法において、作物の播種・育苗期における、有用微生物と植物病害抵抗性誘導物質の培土又は作物への付与及び土壌pH矯正物質の培土への付与によって、作物の圃場定植後に有用微生物、土壌pH矯正物質、植物病害抵抗性誘導物質の相乗的な発病抑制効果及びそれに付随して生じる作物生長促進効果を導き出す。有用微生物、土壌pH矯正物質、又は植物病害抵抗性誘導物質の検定方法では、土壌生息性の植物病原菌を感染せしめるようにして栽培する作物の播種・育苗期に、上記の作物生長促進を伴う土壌伝染性病害防除法に準じて、候補となる微生物、酸性又はアルカリ性物質、又は物質を供試して、作物生長促進を伴う土壌伝染性病害防除法に有用であるか否かを判定する。【選択図】なし
