The transdermal administration device of the present invention includes: a needle support with a plurality of microneedles formed at a tip portion thereof a holder with the needle support placed therein, allowing the needle support to protrude itself therefrom and retract therein and a cap for covering the microneedles, and further includes: a spring member placed between the needle support and the holder, for biasing the needle support in a protruding direction an engaging portion at a base of the needle support and an engaged portion capable of engaging the engaging portion, formed in the holder, where the engaging portion of the needle support can be locked with the engaged portion of the holder when the needle support is retracted in the holder.La présente invention concerne un dispositif dadministration transdermique comprenant : un support daiguilles doté dune pluralité de micro-aiguilles formées à son extrémité une monture contenant le support daiguilles, permettant que le support daiguilles en sorte et se rétracte à lintérieur et un capuchon permettant de couvrir les micro-aiguilles. Ledit dispositif comprend également un ressort entre le support daiguilles et la monture, permettant que le support daiguilles faisant saillie sincline dans une direction une partie à enclencher à la base du support daiguilles et une partie réceptrice pouvant senclencher avec la partie à enclencher, formée dans la monture, la partie à enclencher du support daiguilles pouvant être verrouillée avec la partie réceptrice de la monture lorsque le support daiguilles est rétracté dans la monture.
