PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-span vinyl house, panel member, and snow-melting apparatus, which allow snow accumulated on a roof surface to be melted effectively even with a warm air-generating apparatus having a relatively small calorific value.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, the multi-span vinyl house comprises a panel member 20 placed on a roof surface 10A. The panel member 20 comprises a frame 21 having a constant thickness, a transparent film 22 doubly stretched on the frame 21, and a crosspiece 23, and is divided into a plurality of panels 24 by the crosspiece 23. Each of the plurality of panels 24 has a space 25 that serves as an air heat-insulating layer formed between the doubled transparent films 22.
