PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaning device that can suppress adverse effect to a human body without the need of decomposing ozone.SOLUTION: The air cleaning device includes: a filter medium constituted of a fiber body having a plurality of fibers and collecting particulates in the air and an ozone generation device for generating ozone in the air by radiating an ultraviolet ray. The fiber has water repellency.
