The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a bio device, which includes the steps of: forming at least two nano probes on a substrate； forming at least two micro pillars by etching one region of the substrate on which the nano probe is formed； successively forming a first insulation film, an electrode layer, and a second insulation film on the nano probe, the micro pillar, and the remaining region of the substrate； and exposing a part of the electrode layer by etching a part of the second insulation film.
