PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretcher capable of relieving burdens of a carrying worker.SOLUTION: A stretcher includes: a carrying top board 10 on which a subject is placed a dolly 20 disposed on the lower side of the carrying top board 10 for movably supporting the carrying top board 10 a rotational support body 30 disposed in the vicinity of the other end of a bed device 300 whose one end in the longitudinal direction is located in the vicinity of a diagnostic imaging apparatus 200 and a coupling part 40 disposed at one end in the longitudinal direction of the dolly 20 for coupling the dolly 20 to the rotational support body 30 in such a way as rotationally movable. The coupling part 40 retains the rotational support body 30 by the rotational movement in one direction of the dolly 20 coupled to the rotational support body 30, and releases the rotational support body 30 by the rotational movement in the opposite direction from the one direction of the dolly 20 coupled to the rotational support body 30.
