PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretcher having a fixture of fixing a stretcher to the loading platform of a patient carrying automobile by being adjusted easily even if the patient carrying automobile on which the stretcher is placed changes in the case where the stretcher is placed on the loading platform of the patient carrying automobile, and a litter placed on the stretcher and having an easily openable shielding plate stretched on the litter.SOLUTION: The fixture of on-vehicle stretcher comprises: a stretcher 100 which comprises an upper frame for placing the litter on the upper part thereof, a fitting groove 14 for fixing the litter at the front end part of the upper frame, and a C-shaped hook fixing the litter to the rear end part thereof, a constant load spring 16 for vertically changing a position of the upper frame, a pin lock mechanism for fixing the upper frame having been moved vertically at an arbitrary position, and an adjustable lock supporter engaging with a lock piece for fixing the stretcher set on an automobile floor laying the stretcher on the automobile and a litter 200 on which an easily openable shielding plate allowed to place on the stretcher is stretched.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】患者等搬送用自動車にストレッチャーを載置する場合に、載置する自動車等が変わっても簡単に調節して、自動車の床に固定できる固定具を備えたストレッチャーと、このストレッチャーに載置する担架に簡単に開閉できる遮板を張設した担架を提供する。【解決手段】上部に担架を載置する上部フレームと、該上部フレームの前端部に担架を固定する嵌着溝14と、後端部に担架を固定する鈎状のフックを備えたストレッチャー100であって、前記上部フレームの位置を上下に変動させるスライド機構に定荷重バネ16と、上下に変動させた上部フレームを任意の位置で固定するピンロック機構とを有し、ストレッチャーを車に載置して、車の床面に着設されたストレッチャーを固定するためのロック片に係合する調節可能なロック受けが着設されているストレッチャー100と、該ストレッチャーに載置することができる簡単に開閉できる遮板を張設した担架200とした。【選択図】図2
