摘要：: This invention is directed to reduction of flake-like aggregation in nanoparticulate compositions. Also encompassed by the invention are compositions comprising a nanoparticulate active agent, at least one surface stabilizer and a flake-like aggregation reducing agent, such as a buffer and a sugar. The nanoparticulate active agent compositions comprise particles of the active agent having an effective average particle size of less than about 2000 nm.本發明係有關於減少奈米顆粒組成物中薄片狀聚集之技術。本發明亦涵蓋含一奈米顆粒活性劑、至少一表面安定劑及一降薄片狀聚集劑(諸如緩衝劑及糖)之組成物。該等奈米顆粒活性劑組成物包含具有小於約2000奈米之有效平均粒度的活性劑顆粒。
