A spine stabilization system comprising a first anchor (12), a second anchor and a rod (50) for connecting the first and second anchors together. The first anchor (12) comprises an anchor body (16) and a hook (18). A slot (20) is defined between the hook (18) and a first wall (16A) of the anchor body (16), facing the hook (18), this slot (20) being configured to receive a bony structure. The first anchor (12) further comprises a flexible member (60) having first and second ends (61, 62), and an intermediate portion (63) therebetween. The anchor body (16) is provided with an exit passage (24) from which the first and second ends (61, 62) extend, and a loop passage (22) going through the first wall (16A) and facing the hook (18, 118), the intermediate portion (63) extending from the loop passage (22) to form a loop going through the slot (20) and around the bony structure.
