The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing skin temperature sensitive hydro oil gel which responds to the skin temperature while stably adhering to the skin, is absorbed to the skin in a sol state, helps skin whitening and wrinkle improvement and increases moisturizing effects of the dried skin by much vegetable oil. The method comprises the following steps: a) adding purified water, a nonionic gel polymer and carrageenan, heating and stirring the materials and preparing a first mixture b) adding vegetable oil in which any one or both of coconut oil or jojoba oil, and beeswax, heating and stirring the same, and obtaining a second mixture c) inputting the second mixture in the step b) in a manufacturing tank, stirring the same and obtaining a third mixture d) adding polyhydric alcohol to the third mixture, stirring the same and preparing a fourth step, and cooling and defoaming the same e) transferring the fourth mixture in a sol state in the step d) to a coating machine f) coating the fourth mixture transferred to the coating machine in the step e) g) molding the fourth mixture coated in the step f) in a desired shape and manufacturing oil gel and h) packaging the oil gel in the step g).COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 피부에 안정적으로 밀착된 상태에서 피부 온도에 반응하여 서서히 녹으면서 졸(sol) 상태로 피부에 흡수되어 피부미용, 즉 미백과 주름개선 등에 도움을 주며, 다량으로 함유하고 있는 식물성 오일이 건조한 피부의 보습 효능을 증대시켜주는 피부 온도 감응형 하이드로 오일 겔의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.이를 위해 본 발명은, ⓐ 정제수 100중량부에 대하여 비이온형 겔화 고분자 1 - 10중량부, 카라기난(carrageenan) 2 - 10중량부를 첨가하고, 그들을 75 - 85℃로 가열하면서 교반하여 제1교반물을 마련하는 단계 ⓑ 상기 ⓐ 단계의 제1교반물 100중량부에 대하여 코코넛 오일(coconut oil) 또는 호호바 오일(jojoba oil) 중 어느 하나 또는 2가지 모두를 혼합한 식물성 오일 40 - 60중량부, 비즈왁스(beeswax) 1 - 10중량부를 첨가하고, 그들을 75 - 85℃로 가열하면서 교반하여 제2교반물을 마련하는 단계 ⓒ 상기 ⓑ 단계의 제2교반물을 제조탱크에 투입하고, 75 - 85℃의 온도로 유지하면서 교반하여 제3교반물을 마련하는 단계 ⓓ 상기 ⓒ 단계의 가열된 제3교반물 100중량부에 대하여 다가 알코올(polyhydric alcohol) 20 - 40중량부를 첨가하고, 그들을 교반하여 제4교반물을 마련하며, 상기 제4교반물이 졸(sol) 형태가 유지되도록 70 - 80℃의 온도로 냉각하면서 탈포하는 단계 ⓔ 상기 ⓓ 단계의 졸(sol) 형태의 제4교반물을 이송기 또는 이송탱크 중 어느 하나를
