PURPOSE: A transcranial direct current stimulation apparatus and a system including the same are provided to control the size of applied current by each of a plurality of stimulation regions and take various clinical tests effectively and quickly. CONSTITUTION: A transcranial direct current stimulation apparatus comprises a stimulation contact unit(110), a stimulation generating unit(120), and a control unit. The stimulation contact unit comprises one cathode electrode and a plurality of anode electrodes. The stimulation generating unit generates DC corresponding to each of anode electrodes to supply DC to the stimulation contact unit. The anode electrodes of the stimulation generating unit are attached to regions around a brain of a subject, to which a user applies stimulation. Cathode electrodes are attached to predetermined regions around the brain to be able to form a current closed-circuit with the anode electrodes attached.본 발명에 따른 경두개직류자극(transcranial direct current stimulation)장치는, 피험체 머리의 일 영역들에 접촉되며, 한 개의 음극(cathode) 전극과 상기 음극 전극에 대응하는 복수 개의 양극(anode) 전극들을 구비하는 자극접촉부； 상기 양극 전극들 각각에 대응하는 직류전류를 발생하여 상기 자극접촉부로 공급하는 자극생성부； 및 상기 양극 전극들 각각에 대응하여 상기 직류전류가 발생되도록 상기 자극생성부를 제어하고, 상기 발생된 직류전류가 상기 자극접촉부로 공급되도록 상기 자극생성부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 경두개직류자극장치는 음극에 의해 발생하는 억제(inhibition)을 최소화하면서 뇌의 여러 부위에 전기적 자극이 가능하여 신경정신질환, 운동 장애질환의 치료에 적합하게 사용될 수 있다.
