The present invention relates to a system for improving growth environment by supplying oxygen in water of fish farms. The water from the fish farm is passed through an air injection part (13) to mix oxygen and ozone, and then is supplied to the fish farm. The water which has passed through the air injection part (13) is supplied through a plurality of pipes which pass through the bottom of the fish farm and have a plurality of nozzles formed thereon. The air injection part (13) includes an air injection (21), which includes an inlet part (22) into which water is introduced, an outlet part (23) from which water is released, and an injection part (24) for injecting oxygen and ozone between the inlet part (22) and the outlet part (23).
