The present invention discloses a bactericidal colloid material, which comprises the colloid and chlorine dioxide aqueous solution. Based on the total weight of bactericidal colloid material being 100wt%, the colloid contains 0.5wt%-5wt% of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.5wt%-5wt% of polyethylene glycol, 0.5wt%-5wt% of xanthan gum, and 0.01wt%-2wt% of calcium chloride. The chlorine dioxide aqueous solution is dispersed in the colloid. Based on the total weight of bactericidal colloid material being 100wt%, the chlorine dioxide aqueous solution contains 0.1wt%-5wt% of chlorine dioxide and other components to be totally 100wt% of water.
