SOLUTION: A rod-shaped body 1020 having a desired length and one end of the rod-shaped body having a desired length are locked, and the distal end is opened so that the distal end can be inserted into the lip portion of the purse bag, and the overall shape is substantially annular. The pair of opposed curved frames 1030, the grip 1010 arranged at the other end of the rod-shaped body having a desired length, and the facing interval between the pair of curved frames are adjusted by the grip like a magic hand.
