PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-rinse type disinfecting detergent composition, which is good in foam shape retention when held in hand, absence of foam dripping, and absence of an ethanol smell, and which is used as foam being excellent in absence of residual foam after use, ease of drying, and bactericidal activity.SOLUTION: The non-rinse type disinfecting detergent composition comprises (A) 14.8 mass% to 37 mass% of ethanol, (B) a cationic disinfectant, (C-1) 0.2 mass% to 3 mass% of cyclodextrin, and (D) 0.01 mass% to 0.2 mass% of a nonionic surfactant. A mass ratio (A/C-1) of a content (mass%) of the (A) component to a content (mass%) of the (C-1) component is 9 to 100, and a mass ratio (A/D) of a content (mass%) of the (A) component to a content (mass%) of the (D) component is 100 to 1,700.
