PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic wave device unit that can be reduced in size with a simple configuration, an ultrasonic wave probe, and an ultrasonic wave apparatus.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic wave device unit 4 comprises: an ultrasonic wave device 5 that has device-side terminals reinforcing plates that each have a supporting surface supporting the ultrasonic wave device and a flexible printed board 6 that is connected to the ultrasonic wave device. The flexible printed board includes connection parts that are connected to the device-side terminals, bent parts 615, 618 that are continuous to the connection parts and extended in a direction separating from the ultrasonic wave device, and outer edge parts that are provided at ends in the extension direction of the bent parts.
